Frequently Asked Questions

Is my data stored in the cloud?

No. All your data is stored locally on your device. Zberi works completely offline with no internet connection required. We don't have access to any of your data.

Do I need an account to use Zberi?

No account is needed. Just download and start adding your items right away.

Will I lose my data if I delete the app?

Yes. Since all data is stored locally, deleting the app will remove your inventory data. We recommend using the Export feature (Settings → Export) to create a backup before deleting.

Can I use Zberi on iPad and Mac?

Yes! Zberi supports iPhone, iPad, and Mac natively. Note that NFC scanning is only available on iPhone.

What NFC tags work with Zberi?

Zberi works with standard NDEF-compatible NFC tags (ISO 14443). Most NFC stickers and cards available online will work. iPhone 7 and later models support NFC reading.

What languages are supported?

Zberi is available in English, Ukrainian, and German. The app follows your device language setting automatically.

How do I report a bug?

Please email us at support@ukrapka.com with a description of the issue, your device model, and iOS version. Screenshots are very helpful.
